Job Description:

Candidate will be working on Online Bidding on different IT portals and generate IT leads for the company related to Web.
Candidate will be doing client coordination, and Manage IT projects related to Web.
Candidate should have prior Sales / BDE / BDM experience in the Software Development Company (Mobile & Web).
Generating business through online freelancing portals like UpWork.
Candidate should know how to generate business through Social Networking sites like Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
Must Exp. with bidding sites like Upwork, Guru, Lead generator, Calling, Drafting of proposals, Client interaction, Negotiation, also coordinate with technical team.
Must be able to make proposals and replies to the leads.
Must understand the running website /application development and must be able to explain those to the clients.
Must have good Marketing skills, Expert in Social Media, and Work individually & within the team.
Market research about the client to be targeted.
Documentation - BRD, HRD, WBS, Proposals, Estimation Sheet, etc as may be required

Skills & Experience:

Must have bidding Experience with UPWORK.
Strong Communication, Presentation Skills & Negotiation skills.
Must have knowledge of Lead Generation and closure.
Must have experience with Client Communication and Team handling.
Expertise in writing Business Proposals.

Job Description:

Establish good practices for code commenting and file management to maintain software quality standards.
Should take care of themselves.
Only commit what he or she can deliver.
When designing and planning a database, make sure to communicate with technical mentors.
Analyze and correct software errors accurately and punctually, and communicate findings to the concerned BA and project lead developer.
All Suggestions/Guidelines/Instructions should be followed which are given by their mentors.

Skills & Experience:

Should have a professional or academic background in software development.
You should be proficient in Core PHP, MVC frameworks, Codeigniter, and React.js.
You need to be familiar with SQL queries, the MySQL database, and database management.
You need to have a solid technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies.
A solid understanding of open source web development: PHP5, MySql, CSS, XHTML, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Knowledge of open-source projects like WordPress, Magento, and others will be a plus.
Willingness to put in a lot of effort to fulfill a company's promises.
A solid understanding of web service development, version control software, and relational databases.
